In a trip protection style travel insurance plan, the Missed Connection benefit is designed to reimburse you if You miss Your Cruise or tour departure, scheduled during Your Trip, that results from the cancellation or a delay for between three (3) and six (6) hours of all regularly scheduled airline flights due to a covered event listed in the policy certificate. Items that can be reimbursed for are:
- (a) additional transportation expenses needed for You to join Your departed Cruise or tour;
- (b) Reasonable Expenses up to the Maximum Benefit per day shown on the Schedule of Benefits;
